    Didn't like my first question? How about this... How do you go about naming your characters? Do you just think of something, look through baby books, the phone book or is there another way for you?

    When you are stuck with a story, how do you work it out and get going again? In one book I wrote, when I got stuck I just knocked off another minor character and left the corpse laying around for the rest to find. The body count was alarming.
